Our zero non-chargeable promise

Our planning consultants work from home as standard but have full access to our Commercial Office in Taunton. All administrative resources are centralised to our Commercial Taunton office thereby maintaining conformity of operation and consistency of standards.

Secretarial & Support services

The Support team take care of all routine tasks in support of the planning consultants.

 

Planning consultants are also able to access our secretarial team, who support all our team. Each planning consultant can use their share of a secretary and access digital dictation software.

Accounts functions

The Accounts department deal with all invoicing and credit control. They also assist with creation of our planning consultants’ invoices to LP Ltd.

Professional indemnity

We hold professional indemnity insurance to protect our clients, our planning consultants and our business.

CPD training 

The firm subscribes to a number of online training resources, including LexisNexis Webinars, Planning Portal and PLC. 

Deeds management and storage

The firm has full facilities for document scanning, filing and document portal creation.

Document management system (DMS)

The firm operates an electronic DMS provided by iManage called Worksite. This system enables us to maintain the complete file in electronic format thus enabling planning consultants to work anywhere.
